Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Packaging

Every card is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it was sealed. We use appropriate protection for all card types.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at our contact page and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
